The Stay Visible Marketing Foundational Sales Training program is INDIVIDUALIZED training, which means no 2 people get the same training. I train your salesperson to use technology tools effectively, how to manage their time, and to understand what they are selling. By the end of the 12 sessions the salesperson will provide you with the information you need to help them close deals.
What is involved:
* An individual zoom session 1 - 3 times per week
* 60 - 90 minutes long depending on the training for the day
* Expectations for work to be done between trainings
* 12 sessions total that happen over 6 - 9 weeks
At the end of each session I will provide you with a report of what was taught and any sales resources created that can be used for your sales team as a whole. At the end of the 12 sessions, you will receive a summary report of the training and suggested next steps.
Each person is unique in their tech skills and learning style, as a result this training provides hands on foundational training that is needed for a salesperson to succeed and contribute quickly.
As the sales manager, you provide 3-5 key targets, these targets in addition to the relevant items from the list below are the heart of this individualized training program.

Creating a professional platform for the salesperson on email, online, live networking and in the virtual meeting space.
How technology is used is as important as making a sale. I review technology strategies and technology tools to create a foundation for success for the entire sales process.
Knowing who to sell to and how to acquire contact information as well as data about each industry creates a deeper understanding of the challenges and what the prospects in each industry category will respond to.
Learning how to learn is a baseline for every successful sales representative. I train on where to go to find additional resources for every facet of selling.
Understand Sales and Sales Management
Understanding what their process is as a sales representative and how to be successful along with what sales managers are looking for and why. This empowers the rep to provide the data the sales manager needs to help them move deals forward.
